Dr Cook attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the Texas Children's Hospital Residency program in 1998 and practiced in Longview, Texas for two years before relocating to Allen in 2000. Dr. Cook is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His hobbies include aquarium keeping , kayaking, road and mountain biking.

Dr. Kim Smith joined RainTree Pediatrics in July 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma completed her training at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Smith is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She resides in Allen with her husband Adam and two children Alex and Emily. She enjoys running, knitting and OU football.

Dr. Chad Smith joined RainTree Pediatrics in August 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He completed his training at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston where he was voted by his pediatric peers "Intern of the Year". Dr Chad is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to his medical training he received degrees in both Zoology and Entomology at Texas A & M. He is married to Allison and together they have two children, Hudson and Claire and a pug named Ruby. Dr Chad enjoys spending time with family, grilling, the outdoors and golf.

Amber was born in Temple, Texas. She completed her Master of Science degree from the Baylor College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2001. Following graduation, she worked in Asthma and Allergy for one year in Houston before shifting her focus to pediatrics. Amber has more than 6 years of experience in Pediatrics and has been with Dr. Cook since February 2004. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and The Society for PA's in Pediatrics. Amber cherishes long-lasting relationships with her patients and families. She loves to spend time with her husband, Dan and their four dogs Snickers, Skittles, Oreo and Tuff!

Sabrina Dorris N.P. Has been nursing since 1992 and received her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2001. She has worked as a certified nurse practitioner in pediatrics for more than 8 years and joined RainTree Pediatrics in April 2005. Sabrina resides in McKinney with her husband and two children. She enjoys an active lifestyle of running, cycling and swimming and  just completed her first Ironman Triathalon in Florida in November 2009, she finished at #38/110 with a time of 12:34:01, well done Sabrina! We're all proud of you!!!
