After Hours

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911, or take your child to the nearest hospital. The hospital staff will begin treatment and contact us. We are on-call at Texas Health Resources of Allen and Medical Center of McKinney.

Your child's health is our primary concern and we are determined to provide the most immediate and comprehensive care available at anytime - day or night. During normal business hours, you can reach our office by calling (214) 644-0280. When the office is closed, if you need to call about an urgent medical concern you will have the option of speaking to our professional triage service for a nominal fee. If you have not had your call returned within thirty minutes, please call the answering service again.

We encourage you to call for any urgent medical need that cannot wait until normal office hours to be addressed. Our office has extended evening hours and Saturday morning sick clinic hours and can see you child for care immediately.
